 The "Family Guy" episode titled "The Book of Joe" which aired in October 2014, had a cool reference cut away gag  to Scotty "Giving it all she's got"  engineering the Enterprise on TOS, the YouTube clip is here,

  On Issue 300 of SFX Magazine  which is The June 2018 Issue of SFX Magazine which calls itself "The World's No. 1 Sci-Fi Magazine"  The front cover is devoted to the film Solo: A Star Wars Story and it says on the Cover  "300 Reasons Sci-Fi Conquered The World"(In SFX's Lifetime)  Reason #293 on this list is William Shatner and it says "Sure, he's been an icon for half a century, but Shatner has ascended to geek deity status thanks to self-awareness and unstoppable energy" #248 on this list is Star Trek: Discovery , see this website,  SFX | GamesRadar+
